AI Palette Admin Controls

You're in complete control of AI features. Decide who can use the AI Palette and Ask AI button:

• Administrators always have access
• Enable or disable for staff/teachers
• Students are disabled by default (enable if you wish)
• Toggle the Ask AI button on book pages

Staff Account Management

Create staff accounts in seconds, assign roles (Admin or Teacher), and manage your team. Need to remove someone? You can delete staff accounts instantly. Forgotten passwords? Reset them with one click.

Getting started is easier than ever. Just enter your school name—we'll suggest a custom access domain automatically. Add your postcode and you're ready to go. The setup wizard guides you through every step.
